- 1. Trial night reservation — Suggest possible dates and confirm dates with Jicoo. It will be easier to confirm if you organize the purpose of the preview.
- 2. Trial night — Experience real life and confirm priorities for renovations and life lines. Records will be kept with photos and notes.
- 3. Contract conclusion — Sort out the conditions, costs, and delivery time and reflect them in the contract. Please double check to see if any required documents are missing.
- 4. Delivery — Perform final document verification and move on to initial post-handover tasks.
