Responsible for reporting and editing local stories and writing articles about the appeal of properties and lifestyles.
- Coverage design, interviews, and organization of photos and memos
- Draft composition, writing main text, proofreading/rewriting
- Organizing key points of SEO and optimizing headings

Local operation
We support on-site photography, measurements, and viewings to improve the accuracy of property information.
- Exterior/interior/surrounding photography, simple video recording
- Measuring and drawing notes, records of equipment and deteriorated areas
- Arrangements and host coordination on the day of preview

On-site photography and measurements: 15,000 to 40,000 yen/item
Accompanied viewing: 8,000 to 20,000 yen/time
Monthly operation: 60,000 to 120,000 yen (adjusted according to the number of cases)

We design a route from listing properties to making a reservation for a trial stay, and improve the value of the experience.
