Planning, editing, and designing InakaBnB, "real estate you can stay in, accommodation you can buy."
Utilizing his experience as an editor at a publishing company and an IT company director, he handles everything from UI/UX design, front implementation, owned media editing, to SaaS implementation.
He is involved in surveying and utilizing vacant houses with the Hamamatsu City Tenryu Ward Community Revitalization Cooperation Team, and is preparing to develop the InakaBnB project from on-site issues.
As a member of Hamamatsu City's Community Revitalization Cooperation Team, I saw the reality of vacant houses ``existing but not being distributed.'' What I realized was not that there was a lack of information about properties, but that information about living and procedures was fragmented.
At InakaBnB, we will use the test stay experience as a starting point to redefine the value of vacant houses as ``real estate you can stay in, accommodation you can buy.'' While implementing this in Japan first, we will also create a route for overseas sales by following AkiyaMart's successful model.
We will once again convey to Japanese people the wonders of Japan's vacant houses and the richness of the countryside. That is the axis of our activities.
Amami is a private business founded by the CEO, who leverages his experience as an editor at a publishing company and a director at an IT company. The service areas include UI/UX design and front implementation, cloud-native backend development and API collaboration, owned media planning and editing, viral marketing using SNS and video ads, and SaaS/low-code implementation support.
Our strength is agile prototype development, and we work together with trusted engineers to make improvements tailored to the site. A system has been established to supplement legal and on-site responses through cooperation between the Japan Cooperation Volunteers network and experts.
The first thing I realized was that my relatives had several vacant houses in Tokyo. The family repeatedly consulted about maintenance and management, and it continued to be ``too much work'' to sell or rent.
That experience led to him reconsidering the vacant house as ``his own.'' He started by sorting out vacant houses in Tokyo, hoping to create a place for people with similar problems to consult. From there, the company plans to expand its scope to include vacant houses in rural areas, and eventually overseas.
We specialize in converting vacant houses into lodging accommodations with a change of use at a low cost, and differentiate ourselves with our know-how in obtaining hotel business licenses. We will continue to disseminate information in multiple languages and develop a distribution model that can withstand shrinking domestic demand and fluctuations in inbound tourism.
With the help of the cooperation team network and external experts, we will verify on-site model cases of 300 listed homes and 100 trial stays, and create a system to reduce the burden on local communities.
Viewings and local consultations are accepted through InakaBnB's message desk. We also welcome individual demonstration projects and collaborative consultations.
